Grand Coulee Dam Sniper Surrenders; No One Hurt

GRAND COULEE, Wash. — A man who came home drunk and argued with his girlfriend later climbed a hill above Grand Coulee Dam and fired randomly at homes and cars for three hours before he surrendered, police said Sunday. No one was injured in the shooting Saturday. Niles Bossart, 26, was being held on five counts of first-degree assault.
