Socialite Claus von Bulow Recovering After Collapse

NEW YORK — Doctors at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center said the condition of Claus von Bulow had improved and was satisfactory Tuesday, but they were still unsure what caused the 60-year-old socialite to collapse at his apartment building on Monday.
