Football Coach David McWilliams of Texas Tech reportedly will become coach at the University of Texas.
Austin television station KTVV reported that the announcement could be made as early as today, and the Austin American-Statesman reported that McWilliams might be introduced at a press conference today as the successor to the ousted Fred Akers.
