Joseph Cattivera has been named president and chief operating officer of Angeles Corp.
He assumes the title of president from William H. Elliott, who continues as chairman and chief executive. Cattivera had been a vice chairman of the Los Angeles-based diversified investment management company since May, 1985.
Cattivera, a 10-year veteran of Morgan, Olmstead, Kennedy & Gardner, joined Angeles in 1979 as vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer. He was named senior vice president in 1980, executive vice president in 1983 and was elected a director in 1984.
