A Ventura man who once claimed to be God was arrested on suspicion of having murdered a musician he had accused of being the Antichrist. Police said the body of Kasey French, 29, a musician who played in several Ventura-area rock bands, was found in a converted school bus belonging to Rodney Holder, 28, who was held without bail. Detective Russ Hayes said that Holder had asked his brother for help in burying French’s body but that the brother called police instead. Hayes said Holder is a man with “unusual religious convictions” who has in the past claimed to be God--and who had called French the Antichrist.
