Mater Dei High School remained the top-ranked team in the Orange County Sportswriters’ Assn. high school basketball poll.

3. Woodbridge (Pacific Coast) 9-2

4. Marina (Sunset) 10-2

5. Corona del Mar (Sea View) 10-3

6. Tustin (Sea View) 10-1

7. Katella (Empire) 10-1

8. El Toro (South Coast) 8-3

9. Santa Ana (Century) 8-4

10. Foothill (Century) 7-4

Others: University (8-3), Mission Viejo (7-2) and Bolsa Grande (5-2).
