Amtrak Train With 104 Aboard Derails in East

PHILADELPHIA — An Amtrak train carrying 104 passengers derailed during rush hour Wednesday evening, injuring one person and snarling commuter rail traffic, authorities said.
The four-car train, bound for Harrisburg from Philadelphia, left the tracks while switching from one track to another on a bridge over the Schuylkill River, an Amtrak spokesman said.
