A third person has died as a result of a three-car collision last weekend in Yorba Linda, police said. Carmen Hernandez Martinez, 45, of Yorba Linda died Wednesday afternoon at Mission Community Hospital, Lt. Jim Winder said. The accident also killed Patrice Marie Liebelt, 34, of Yorba Linda, and her unborn baby. Liebelt was seven months pregnant. Police said Scott William Johnson, 25, of Placentia allegedly caused the accident when he swerved into oncoming traffic on Yorba Linda Boulevard near Casa Loma Avenue last Saturday.
