Albert A. Dorskind has been appointed chairman and Lawrence D. Spungin president of Universal City-based MCA Development, a unit of MCA Inc. Spungin, formerly executive vice president, succeeds Dorskind as president of the division.
Also, MCA announced Gareth R. Hughes, the firm’s vice president and director of industrial relations, has left his current position to work on special projects for MCA.
