LARNACA, Cyprus — Australian Prime Minister Bob Hawke arrived here Monday for a five-hour visit before traveling on to Israel, officials said. He will meet Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir this evening and Egypt’s President Hosni Mubarak later in the week.
