Mater Dei Remains County’s No. 1 Team

Mater Dei High School, which has won 76 of its last 78 games over the past three seasons, remains the top-ranked team in the Orange County Sportswriters’ Assn. prep basketball poll.

The Monarchs meet 10th-ranked Ocean View at 8 p.m. Saturday in the Seahawks’ gym.
