Morse Remains No. 1 Team in County

SAN DIEGO — Morse High School, the last team to win a San Diego Section 3-A basketball championship besides Poway, remains the No. 1-ranked team in this week’s San Diego County Times Top 10.
The Tigers (13-1) won twice last week, including a victory over No. 6 Madison (11-5).
Torrey Pines is No. 2, and Mount Carmel No. 3. Both teams play in the Palomar League.
