$12-Million Navy Pact Won by Cubic Subsidiary

Cubic Corp.’s Cubic Communications subsidiary has won a $12-million U.S. Navy contract that will generate up to 30 new jobs at its Oceanside facility, company officials said Wednesday.
Cubic Communications will outfit between eight and 11 ships with on-board receivers over the next two years and is in line for subsequent contacts, according to the subsidiary chairman Keith Burnett.
