ILC Technology Inc., Sunnyvale, named Bruce W. McCaul, currently a director, as president and CEO.
McCaul succeeds Chairman Henry Baumgartner as CEO and Deepak Chopra as president. Chopra resigned to pursue other interests, the company said.
