Sedition Trial of 8 Moved

BOSTON — A federal judge ordered the sedition trial of eight self-proclaimed revolutionaries moved from Boston today, saying “onerous” present prison conditions would rob them of a fair trial.
U.S. District Judge John McNaught cited the fact that the eight accused terrorists were being housed in separate prisons and unable to confer with each other and said they have been denied access to their legal papers. McNaught did not immediately say to where the trial would be moved. Meanwhile, he ordered the defendants to be returned to New York City’s Metropolitan Correctional Center.
