Pizza Hut will acquire local Straw Hat restaurants.

National Pizza Co. of Pittsburg, Kan., agreed to acquire seven of the restaurants and related real estate for about $3 million in cash. The pizza outlets are in Los Angeles and Bakersfield. They will be converted to Pizza Hut restaurants and are expected to generate annual sales of about $8 million.
