Eric Ober, CBS vice president of public-affairs broadcasts, has been named president of the network’s owned-television stations division. The 21-year veteran replaces Peter Lund, who resigned to become president of Multimedia Entertainment last week. Ober will oversee stations in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Philadelphia.
