Jim Bakker is only human but unlike most of us humans, he’s a human millionaire and he got that way by using P.T. Barnum’s theory until it dried up on him.
I don’t mind being preached to by someone who considers the last time they sinned to be three years ago when they desperately needed a bottle of aspirin and the only place open was a 7-Eleven. But I do resent being told that I’m going to hell by someone that I’ll probably hire to pump my septic tank when I get there.
