In addition to renewing the license of the Los Angeles TV station, the Federal Communications Commission granted license renewals for its Spanish International Communications Corp.’s sister television stations in San Antonio, Tex. (KWEX-TV); Miami (WLTV); New York (WXTV), and Fresno (KFTV). The FCC decision--after years of administrative hearings--clears the way for the sale of the company to Hallmark Cards Inc.
