State District Judge Claude Williams in Fort Worth, Tex., declared a mistrial in the wrongful death lawsuit against millionaire Cullen Davis after jurors became deadlocked over whether Davis should pay the $16.5 million sought by his ex-wife, Priscilla Davis, and her former husband, Jack Wilborn, for the death of their daughter, Andrea, 12. They claim that Cullen Davis was the black-clad gunman who killed the child and Mrs. Davis’ boyfriend, Stan Farr, 30, on Aug. 2, 1976. Mrs. Davis and a friend, Bubba Gavrel, were wounded. Davis was acquitted of murder in the case 10 years ago.
