Monrovia : $25 Fee for Impounding

The City Council has approved a $25 fee for the release of vehicles that are impounded by the Police Department.
The fee would not be imposed on vehicles involved in traffic accidents but on those abandoned or blocking driveways. The Police Department has estimated that it costs $25 in staff time to deal with cars that have to be towed away.
