I believe that the State of California has too many problems for a tax rebate at this time. However, if the governor insists on a rebate, I pledge mine to AIDS Project Los Angeles. This worthy organization was distributing factual information on AIDS prevention, encouraging research, and developing a network of facilities to care for AIDS patients, years before our President even used the word AIDS In a public address and before the AIDS epidemic became a politically popular issue.
