Ground Broken for 2nd Phase of Business Park

The Birtcher firm has broken ground for the second stage of Centerpointe, the developer’s 42-acre mixed-use business park adjacent to the Los Angeles/Orange County line in La Palma.
The $20.5-million expansion will add 175,199 square feet of office and research-and-development space to the $70-million master-planned complex. Phase 2 completion is scheduled for September.
The second phase will include an 81,972-square-foot, four-story office tower and three single-story office/R & D buildings containing 93,227 square feet of space for the high-tech user.
