A seat on the Pacific Stock Exchange was sold for a record $100,100, the highest prices ever paid for a membership at the PSE since it was formed in 1957 by the merger of the Los Angeles and San Francisco stock exchanges . . . Dart Group said it could raise about $8 billion for a friendly takeover of Dayton Hudson Corp., according to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission . . . Newly independent Flexi-Van Corp. has successfully completed its recent rights offering with the sale of all of its common stock, former corporate parent Castle & Cooke said.
