USD Volleyball Team Loses in Four Games

The University of San Francisco defeated the University of San Diego, 14-16, 15-8, 17-15, 15-12, in a West Coast Athletic Conference women’s volleyball match Thursday night at San Diego.
Kris Mitchell had 14 kills to lead USD (3-11 overall and 1-3 in conference). USF is 11-6 and 5-0.
Master’s College 3, Point Loma Nazarene 1--Despite 17 kills by Lisa Vander Feer and 14 by Connie Navarro, the Crusaders (8-12) lost in a nonconference match at home. Master’s is 15-8.
