Truck-Cart Crash Kills Seven in Wedding Party

NEW DELHI — A truck collided with a bullock cart carrying a marriage party in southeast India, killing seven people, the Press Trust of India reported.
The truck driver fled from the scene of the accident Thursday in Peechepalli village in Andhra Pradesh state, the news agency said. It did not say whether the bride and groom were among the dead.
