Garden Grove : School Board Names Hamtil as President

The five-member Garden Grove Unified School District Board of Education has unanimously selected Lynn Hamtil to serve as its president and Dick Hain as vice president.
Hamtil is a member of the Orange County School Boards Assn. and the Garden Grove City-School District Committee. Hain is a retired Garden Grove Unified School District administrator.
Both Hamtil and Hain have been on the five-member school board since 1979.
