Apartments Sold in Exchange Deal

Civic Center Place, a 192-unit apartment complex at 12700 Bloomfield Ave., Norwalk, has been sold in a $23.4-million exchange, according to the Hanes Co. Inc., brokers in the transaction.
The 8.71-acre complex was purchased for $15.9 million by the Michalski Family Trust/Seufert Family Trust, Anaheim Hills. The seller was Lincoln Bloomfield, Huntington Beach, a California partnership.
As part of the transaction, the buyer sold the 118-unit Charleston Square Gardens apartments, 1660 Palm Lane, Anaheim, to Delmar Pebley, San Clemente, for $7.5 million.
