A 23-year-old San Pedro woman has been identified as the victim of a fatal beating.
The body of Tammi Hall was found at 11 a.m. Sunday on an access road in Angeles National Forest, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported.
Hall’s body was found by passers-by on Rush Canyon Road, a half-mile west of Sierra Highway near Canyon Country.
A blow to the head apparently caused the death, officials said. No arrests have been made and an investigation is continuing.
