Pedro Domingo-Foraste; Hospital Administrator
Pedro Domingo-Foraste, 65, three times chief of staff at Los Angeles’ second continuously operating hospital, French Hospital, in Chinatown. Domingo-Foraste, a native of Barcelona, emigrated to the United States in 1953 and joined the multilingual staff at the 127-year-old French Hospital, where 40% of the doctors were raised in Asian or Pacific nations. In Los Angeles on Dec. 26 of an aneurysm.
