William Chin, owner and president of ERA Kashu Realty, has been installed as president of the Los Angeles Board of Realtors.
New officers are J. Blair Pence, first vice president; Gary Holme, second vice president; Ellen Poll, treasurer, and Arthur D. Aston Jr., executive vice president and secretary.
Vance Otis received the William May Garland Realtor Trophy, Catherine Flynn Dally was named 1987 Realtor of the Year, Gregory Pawlik, 1987 Realtor-Associate of the Year and Robert Grant, 1987 Affiliate of the Year.
