The Lazers will attempt to halt their losing streak at two games when they play host to the Baltimore Blast tonight at 7:30 at the Forum.
Tonight’s game marks the return of David Brcic, the starting goalkeeper who has been out since Dec. 27 with a broken finger.
Chico Borja, the Lazers’ leading scorer with 31 points, suffered a sprained ankle in the first half of the Lazers’ 9-4 loss to San Diego Jan. 9, but should be back in the lineup tonight.
The Lazers, at 10-9, have the Major Indoor Soccer League’s third-best record. They are 1-0 against the Blast this season, having won in overtime Dec. 19 in Baltimore, 6-5.
Baltimore (10-12) is in third place in the Eastern Division, trailing the Cleveland Force by two games.
The Lazers have designated tonight as Poster Night and will give away 10,000 team posters.
