Inouye Helps Hebrew Schools

What is this nonsense that Inouye has allocated $8 million of U.S. tax dollars to Hebrew schools for North African Jews in France?
Let’s get that $8 million back so we can give each of Los Angeles’ homeless a first and last month’s rent and still have some funds left over for reserve.
