Dann V. Angeloff and F. Wayne Withers have joined the board of Winchell’s Donut Houses, headquartered in La Mirada. Angeloff is president of Angeloff Co., a Los Angeles corporate financial advisory firm. Withers is former chief executive and chief financial officer of Naugles Inc.
