Office Building to Rise in San Bernardino

HDS Plaza, a 4-story office building, will be built in Sunwest Business Park in San Bernardino with a $7.1-million construction loan placed by the Southern California office of Lomas & Nettleton Real Estate Investment Banking.
The building will contain 98,000 square feet and will be located on nearly five acres. The developer is the Simchowitz Corp.; the architect is Banzuelo/Rierson Inc. of San Bernardino.
