Women’s Health Centers of America, which has agreed to sell its three Centers for Women’s Medicine to San Jose-based Health Discovery Inc., reported a $1.3-million net loss for 1987. The company reported a $1-million net loss during 1986. Revenue for 1987 rose to $466,793 from $144,801 in 1986.
Women’s Health Centers has set a special meeting of shareholders for April 20 to approve the proposed sale.
