Nill, attorney for a Mexican-American couple who hold a Baskin-Robbins franchise and who filed a racial discrimination suit in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, alleging that the corporation tried to drive them out of business by undercutting their plans to move to a newer, more visible location. A company spokeswoman said that she could not comment on the suit but that Baskin-Robbins’ policy “is not to discriminate.”
