Heroin Suspects Seized

BELGRADE, Yugoslavia — Police in the southern Yugoslav city of Skopje have arrested and charged seven suspected heroin smugglers, the state news agency Tanjug said Thursday. The seven were members of a chain smuggling heroin from Turkey to the West, it said, but gave no further details.
