Eastman Kodak Co. will seek to complete its merger with fellow photo finishing giant Colorcraft Corp. now that a federal court has ruled the two were not trying to force other companies out of the industry, said a spokesman for the Rochester N.Y.-based firm. On Monday, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a preliminary injunction granted to Phototron Corp. that blocked the Kodak-Colorcraft merger.
