John M. Shanklin has been appointed vice president and chief financial officer of ClothesTime Inc., an Anaheim-based company that operates 343 women’s apparel stores in 18 states. He succeeds Ralph W. Salo, who has left the company. Before joining ClothesTime, Shanklin co-founded HomeClub Inc., holding the position of executive vice president/chief financial and administrative officer. Before that, he held the positions of chief financial officer/treasurer of C.R. Anthony Co. and senior vice president/senior financial officer for Fed Mart Corp.
