Crash-Landing Warning

PORTLAND, Ore. — The 70 people aboard a Delta Air Lines flight from Salt Lake City assumed the heads-down position in case of a crash-landing on arrival at Portland International Airport because a gauge indicated a hydraulics problem, officials said. They said the plane touched down without incident Monday night and its systems operated normally.
