Plans to begin construction on a 54-acre, 357,000-square-foot shopping center in Victorville have been announced by its developer, the Chicago-based Dalan/Jupiter Inc.
The project, a joint venture with Phoenix Pacific Properties, will be located at La Paz Lorene and Valley Center drives and is slated for completion in the fall.
HomeClub and Costco will anchor the first phase of the project and will occupy, respectively, 117,000 and 124,500 square feet of Valley Center.
The development is the first of Dalan/Jupiter’s projects in California. Phase 2 will feature 150,000 additional square footage of retail space.
