Occupancy is expected early next year on an $18-million, 233,000-square-foot retail/office/industrial business park being developed by Cordova Chase Co. at Temple Avenue and Valley Boulevard in Pomona. Daum/Johnstown American handled the $3.75-million transaction for the 14-acre site.
