Professional Building Under Construction

A $6-million Coultrup Professional Building is in its framing stage. The 33,000-square-foot structure is located at Seal Beach Boulevard and Beverly Manor. The three-story building will feature a brick and glass exterior.
To date, five companies have signed leases, including San Clemente Savings & Loan, the dental firm of Charles E. Joseph, JTC Properties, property management and brokerage, Coultrup Development Co. and Coultrup Construction Inc.
