Opera Pacific will end the fiscal year...

Opera Pacific will end the fiscal year on Thursday with a deficit of $27,000, officials announced. The deficit is expected to be covered by existing cash reserves, which will be replenished over the next fiscal year. Opera Pacific’s budget for the 1987-88 season is about $4 million.

Officials also announced that the following five new board members have been elected to three-year terms: Zelma Allred of Newport Beach; Elaine B. Lucas, Newport Beach; Irving Rappaport, Santa Ana; Walter M. Schroeder, Costa Mesa, and Michael J. Schlutz, Newport Beach.
