Livingstone Bramble, former World Boxing Assn. lightweight champion, was arrested at a St. Croix airport after two ounces of marijuana were discovered in his possession during a routine inspection late Sunday. Bramble, 27, was released on a $1,000 unsecured bond. He must report to the parole office at Passaic, N.J., where he now lives.
