$19-Million Winner in Lottery

SACRAMENTO — A Lotto player who bought a ticket in the Sacramento suburb of Elk Grove hit all six numbers Wednesday to win more than $19 million, state lottery officials said today. Officials said the winner, who has yet to come forward, will receive an annuity worth $19,487,825.
Twelve players who picked five numbers plus the bonus number will divide a prize pool of $1.9 million to receive $162,499. They bought their tickets in Petaluma, Walnut Creek, Fresno, Lodi, Salinas, Upland, Alpine, Hesperia, Los Angeles, Hacienda Heights, Oceanside and Huntington Park.
