Mission Valley Girls Unbeaten in Volleyball

The top-seeded Mission Valley volleyball team remained undefeated in the U.S. Junior Olympics after the third day of competition Wednesday.

Mission Valley, competing in the girls’ 16-and-under division at the ninth Junior Olympics in Fort Collins, Colo., is the only undefeated team in its division. The 10-member team, composed of players from southern Orange County, is 6-0 in matches and 12-0 in games.
