According to his doctors, James Garner is making a “remarkable” recovery following arterial surgery last week--an operation postponed three months ago when doctors performed an immediate quintuple heart bypass on the 60-year-old actor. Doctors report Garner is up and out of bed, walking around. Garner could possibly leave Cedars-Sinai by the weekend.
