Local News in Brief : Huntington Beach : Extensive Autopsy Tests Slated for Surfer’s Body

Autopsy results on Dale Lee Johnson, 24, the Santa Ana surfer whose body washed ashore Wednesday at Huntington State Beach near the Santa Ana River jetty, will not be available for about eight weeks, a county coroner’s investigator said Thursday.
Toxicology tests, a detailed analysis of the lungs, microscopic examination of skin tissues and other tests are planned, accounting for the eight-week delay, the investigator said.
